Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Will stay here again if driving through Madras.

We stay here every time we are passing through and like the location and the look of the hotel. This trip there was no fresh fruit which was disappointing. The hot food is typically good. One thing to remember is not all guests can tolerate the strong smell of cleaning products whether it be floral or otherwise. Friendly staff.

We come becuz of the lovely facility, comfy beds, swim pool, jacuzzi and breakfast. All fine, except:
the pool is always too cold & the jacuzzi too hot. Staff in the reception area were too loud as we could hear them from our room. Otherwise, very quiet location.

The hotel is lovely. The room was very clean. The only issue was that the room got too warm at night. Overall, the stay was lovely. Enjoyed the pool and hottub.

We had a great stay here at crosskeys , room was nice and clean and very quiet , the staff are so helpful and polite , the only grumble was the breakfast was very cold even though we ate breakfast at 8 ( it states breakfast served until 9) and it wasn’t refilled with fresh items , we would definitely stay here again though and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately there was very little water pressure for the shower! And no ice to fill up the ice bucket.
Fridge was never turned on so couldn’t keep anything cold.
Otherwise it was very nice and staff exceptionally helpful.

Our stay was brief so difficult to give it a thorough judging. But staff were pleasent, hotel was clean and comfortable with good decor. Appreciated pool and hot tub, low lighting made for a good atmos. Would definitely recomend and will stay again.

After a grueling drive during a snow storm we were happy to find a nice inn to stay in. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was accommodating. The free breakfast however was terrible. Be sure to lower your expectations as far that goes.
